Genese Gibson, MA, RT, (R) (M) (QM), Chair of the Department of Radiologic Sciences, has been with Florida Hospital College since it was established in 1992. With the support of college administration, she pioneered the online BS RS degree and was instrumental in curriculum development for the program. Six years after its launch, Ms. Gibson discusses the format of the online program as well as its advantages.
